I had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel. The comfortable rooms were a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing me to easily walk to nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Our room was excellent. The staff generally had a good attitude but sometimes appeared to lack basic training. The men on the reception desk were clearly the most competent staff and served us well.

The Wifi did not reach our room. The bar shut earlier than the advertised hour.

The hotel had clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was slightly off the central area, but still within walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was served all night and there was a nice patio area.

Comfortable hotel with good staff. Most of all I liked the elevator with glass wall, through which has been seen restaurant.

The room was very comfortable and well set out considering it was not a huge room. The bathroom was very good, as was the shower, and there was a good sized bath. Although the room was on the corner of the street the double glazed windows meant the room was very quiet.

It would be nice if the hotel was a little closer to the main areas.

The complimentary wine and fruit were a nice touch, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the hotel's location was convenient and close to many attractions.

The room was not quality checked, with the bathroom door handle falling off and the hairdryer not working. The air conditioning was a major issue too, blowing hot air at night even when it was set for cold.

I liked the decor and comfort of the bed and shower.

Rooms are small. There was no closet and was tripping over luggage. Drainage of shower was poor, and water leaked all over bathroom floor. Requested non-smoking room and it was filled with smoke. Was moved to a smaller room with smaller bed than requested. There was no apology, no discount or any compensation for the inconvenience.

Spent New Year at this hotel and overall it was a decent experience. The location was key -- close to major attractions, and supermarkets. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Another plus was the cleanliness, which was maintained daily.

The rooms were quite cramped, and lacked storage space. It was a bit of a hassle to walk to the subway as it was quite a distance from the hotel.
